Protecting Survey Taker Anonymity

Whenever results are reported for a small number of survey-takers, there is a chance that the anonymity of that population may be compromised. In the interest of ensuring survey-takers’ anonymity, The Learning Bar’s reporting tools will automatically suppress data for populations that do not meet a minimum size.

For student surveys, the minimum reportable population size within the one-click reports and interactive charts is five or more students. The open-ended question report requires ten or more participants in order to show a result.

For teacher surveys, the minimum reportable population size within the one-click report is five or more teachers. The open-ended question report requires ten or more participants to be generated.

For parent surveys, the minimum reportable population size within the one-click report is five or more parents. The open-ended question report requires ten or more participants to be generated.
