"I tried to submit an answer or question and the system timed-out and asked me to log in again. Why?"

The TTFM Survey site will time out and ask the user to log back in if nothing has been submitted on a page after 15 minutes. This time out will affect both survey takers and survey administrators and is put in place to ensure that only active sessions are connected to the site.

Please note: Please note that any work that has been submitted up until the point that the time out occurred will be saved. If you log back in, you will be able to resume from the page you were on when the time-out occurred.
